Well, it was supposed to be in perfect working order, but on closer examination I think they skimped out on the brake pads. As in, I don’t think they’re there. Them or the diff, rear or front axles, doors or wheels.

I think the roof’s broken, too; I like a convertible, but when it starts to rain or we reach a cruising altitude of 39,000 feet I really wish I could put it up before I get my clothes wet or suffer a fatal case of hypoxia.

I’m not even convinced it’s the 2004 model after all; Fossil evidence suggests that it’s actually at least 70 million years old and recently awoken from a primordial slumber to reign death and fire down upon a puny world that has cruelly forgotten its eternal splendour.

Still, you have to make these sacrifices when you’re an enthusiast, don’t you?
